Absolutely! We work with any fitness or ability level. It doesn’t matter if you’re a professional athlete or have never worked out a day in your life; we’ll find exactly the right program for you and help guide you through it.

We have programs for every budget. We offer private training, group classes, and nutrition coaching. Most people do a combo of 1 or all 3 of those options, but every program is customized to you. The first thing that we’ll do is sit down and find out how we can help you accomplish your goals and figure out what option makes the most sense for you. Schedule your free consultation, and we’ll guide you to the membership option that makes sense for you!

We are on Edgewood Avenue in the heart of Murray Hill. We are minutes away from downtown, 5 Points, Ortega, and Avondale, and only 15 minutes away from Jax Airport and NAS Jax.

Both! We offer whatever you need to get the results you want. If group classes are your jam, great! If you prefer working out on your own, no problem! 30-minute workouts? 60-minute workouts? You got it! You let us know what works with your schedule and needs, and we’ll get you started.

No. We are open 7 days a week, and we have classes running every weekday from 5 am to 7:30 pm, but we are not a 24-hour facility.

Yes! We have the best personal trainers in the city.

We do not have dedicated childcare facilities, but we are kid-friendly, and members will regularly bring in their kids to do homework and such while they work out. We have office space in the front with desks and chairs, where kids can hang out, assuming they are old enough to mostly look after themselves.

We are right on the main strip of Edgewood Avenue in Murray Hill, right north of US17 and just south of I-10.

There is plenty of parking directly next to the building, in the median of Edgewood Avenue, and in the large parking lot across the street. If you are coming from the Riverside area or down south near the Naval Air Station, head north up Edgewood when you cross US17. If you are coming from downtown or towards the airport, exit I-10 at exit 359 towards Luna Street and turn left onto Luna Street, then slightly right onto Hamilton.
