Hold
If you need to place your membership on hold, our team at First Coast CrossFit is here to help make the process simple and stress-free. Our hold period options are 30, 60, or 90 days. If you need something outside of that time frame please email info@firstcoastcrossfit.com and we will work with you on adjusting your membership as needed. We appreciate having you as a part of our community, and we want to accommodate you as much as possible while adhering to our hold policies.
We ask that you give us a minimum of 7 days notice to initiate any holds or membership changes.
To process your membership hold, please submit your request within that window to avoid delays.
