First Coast Burn

Burn is our fast-paced conditioning class for anyone who wants a sweatier, simpler workout with zero barbell movements.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training is small groups of 2 to 4 members under the supervision of one of our athletic trainers. Each member will have their own assigned workout to complete, and will work with the coach to make sure they have all the support and assistance they need to complete their workout.
