Every day and every workout is different at First Coast CrossFit. Our classes employ the fundamentals of CrossFit, utilizing weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in each hour-long session. We lift heavy and often so that we not only get stronger, but also constantly improve our lifting technique. The classes/programming changes on a daily basis, but the supportive environment we’ve cultivated will always stay the same. You won’t find friendlier, more encouraging CrossFit classes in Jacksonville!
